I have fine hair , & I want 2 create a hair moisturizer that I can use daily using water , coconut oil , Shea moistures hair milk , & a olive oil blend , but I don't know the exact measurements .
Hey there! I hope you are having a wonderful day. I would be careful with fine hair as it can be weighted down easily. I would have 5 oz of water, 2 oz of hair milk, 1/2 ounce of coconut oil, and 1/2 ounce of olive oil. If you find your hair is dryer then increase the hair milk to 3 oz and decrease water to 4 oz.
