Organic Hair Care Products

Organic hair care Products is needed now more than ever. We as a society are more aware of the harmful hair chemicals that are place in our hair products and we are learning how to fight back.

Nowadays it seems that they will put whatever in a hair product just to get it to sell faster and cheaper. With hair care products flooding the market, the competition is getting tighter. Therefore you will see more money and income spent on marketing then that of providing healthy organic hair care.

Yet there are a few companies out there that are now using the knowledge of the ever evolving natural hair care consumer and creating healthier hair products. At first you would have to visit only that of Whole Food Stores or other organic hair shops to find these products, but no anymore. They are now making healthier products like Burt’s Bees, Kinky Curly, and Giovanni available at quick and convenient places like Wal-Mart and Target.

People are starting to choose more organic hair care products because of the safety factor. Many hair, skin, and makeup cosmetics are not regulated enough by the FDA or other government agencies. Therefore a lot of bad products and ingredients slip through the cracks. Some cause mild irritation of skin or scalp all the way to more serious issues like that of harming reproductive organs and even causing various forms of cancer.

So what is organic hair care?

Well the first step is to change the type of products you use. This can be a bit tough or challenging but it is well worth the trouble. After all you are protecting your body for absorbing toxic chemicals.

Some Hair care lines that are recommended are:

•Dr. Bonners Magic Soap Products

•Nature Gate Line

•Burt’s Bees Line

•Giovanni’s Line (My personal favorite)

•Kinky Curly Line

•Lavera Mild Shampoo Products

•Shampoo and Conditioner bars Products

In addition to shampooing, conditioning, and having great products that will help enhance heathy hair. I also like to use natural oils and butters to keep my hair soft and moisture.

Some of the hair oils that I have tried and fully recommend are:

1.100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2.100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

3.100% Pure Jojoba oil

4.100% Pure Castor Oil (added to deep conditioners and hot oil treatments)

5.100% Avocado oil (added to my protein conditioners and deep conditoners)

To help maintain a healthy scalp that’s free of build up I use:

1.Tea Tree Oil

2.Peppermint Oil

3.Rosemary Oil

These oils are strictly used in my shampoos and scalp massages so that I can stimulate healthy hair growth and get rid of my dry flaky scalp. My organic hair care was the only thing that truly helped me get rid of dandruff and keep it away. Organic is the way to go to have truly healthy hair without risking your health. So what types of organic products do you like to use?
